We are a small business and as much as we’d love to finance our clients’ websites, it’s just not realistic for us. We do understand the need to break payments for our clients and have a standard payment schedule that applies to all of our projects. We begin work on a project as soon as we receive a 50% deposit. After that, we invoice twice upon completion of key deliverables.
- 50% deposit up front
- 30% installment once functionality and design has been agreed upon
- 20% balance once the application has been tested and it is ready to go live.
